From David Thompson
From Lloyd Lindsey
From left to right:  Unknown, Gunny Richard Lance, Lloyd
Lindsey, and possibly Lt. Robert Fisher.

Lt. Fisher had been the artillery FO for us for a while.  My
understanding is that he had finished up his bush time and was at
LZ Ross waiting to either go home or to some new duty.  There
was a mortar attack and he was killed.  The store I got when I
returned from R&R was that the first round came right throught
the tent top and landed right on his cot.  This was on September
19, 1969.

Also wounded that night was Richard Ford who was in my rocket
section.  He was hurt pretty badly.

Richard Lakatos, probably at Dai La pass.
