
| Probably one of the Chieu Hoi pamphlets that were dropped by the millions. Chieu Hoi means, "open hands," and meant 'to surrender,' more or less. The picture below is obviously some propaganda of ours or the South Vietnamese. The last one seems to be the Communist rebuttal. |
